Living Spiral readings are a conversation between you, your chart, and the living seasons of the earth.

Across the world, our ancestors watched the same sky and felt the same turning of the year, then built beautiful maps to make sense of it all.

On Turtle Island, the Medicine Wheel links the four directions with the seasons, life stages, elements, plants, and ways of being. In early Taoism, the Wuxing cycle traces the changing seasons and the body through five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. In the northern lands of the Celts and related tribes, the Pagan Wheel of the Year marks eight holy days on solstices, equinoxes, and the in-between points. In Mesopotamia and the Greek isles, the twelve zodiac constellations became markers for the distinct phases of the year, from Aries’ sprouting seeds to Pisces’ rich, composted soil. In ancient China, the six-thousand year old Book of Changes, the I Ching, tells a story of earth and sun in 64 hexagrams that I like to think of as tiny “micro-seasons” of human experience.

Any one of these systems could take a lifetime to study. I do not claim to be an expert in all of them. My true passion is in the weaving: noticing where these cycles overlap, where our shared humanity and our shared home on earth shine through. Years of study and real-time seasonal practice in my own life have shown me how these ancestral stories describe something simple and universal: the way change actually feels in a human body.

In a Living Spiral Reading, we bring that down to you. The sun is our anchor, since its light and gravity make life possible and its dance with the earth creates the seasons themselves. We look closely at where the sun was when you were born, which speaks to your personal gravity and how you are meant to shine. We explore your moon, to understand your emotional and subconscious tides. We sit with your ascendant, the part of the sky rising on the horizon at your birth, which reveals your energetic signature and how others tend to experience you at first glance.

From there, we follow the threads that are most alive for you. This is not about memorizing a system. It is about asking good questions, making surprising connections, and letting these ecological myths reflect your actual life back to you in a clear and useful way.

I am excited to share these interconnected stories of sky and earth with you and to see how they illuminate your own path on the spiral.
