Your body is a channel for powerful wisdom- from the sky above and the earth below.
The world is being rewired.
The old frameworks are losing their grip. The ones that told you to overthink your way through everything, to optimize and perform and prove, to live from the neck up. More and more people are feeling the gap between the life they've built and the life they can feel wanting to exist. Between who they perform for the world as it is and who they actually are underneath all the conditioning.
That gap is not a problem to fix- it's an invitation. We are in the middle of a re-enchantment - a collective return to older, deeper ways of knowing. A world where our bodies are oracles. Where our hearts are our compass. Where the mythic structures underneath human life as real and navigable as any map.
This is the work I do. And if you've found your way here, some part of you already knows it's time.
If any of this sounds familiar
You've done the inner work. You know your patterns. You've read the books and you've sat in the therapy chair. And still something feels stuck, like you're circling the same territory without quite being able to land.
You have a vision for your life or your work but it sometimes flickers and goes quiet. You know what you want to create but something keeps stopping you before you start.
You feel disconnected from your own desire. From your body. From the part of you that used to make things just because it wanted to.
You're tired of shrinking, and you’re even more tired of performing your life for other people's comfort or the over-culture’s outdated expectations. You’re tired of being visible in a way that doesn't feel like you.
You want to feel re-enchanted - with yourself, with your work, and with the story you're living. You want to take up space unapologetically. You want to trust yourself again.
You want to stop trying to prove something and start creating something.
This is exactly who I work with. And this is what the work moves through.
The Heart is a Hearth
Most of us have been taught to live from the neck up. To think our way through decisions, to analyze our feelings rather than feel them, to treat the body as transportation for the brain. That's a relatively recent idea, and one we're collectively outgrowing.
Ancient cultures located intelligence in the heart - not metaphorically, but literally. The ancient Egyptians preserved the heart in mummification and discarded the brain entirely. Aristotle located thought and sensation in the heart. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the heart is the emperor of the organ system, housing the shen — spirit and consciousness. The Hebrew word lev, translated as heart, is the literal location of thought and will. The Vedic tradition places the self in the heart center. The Celtic traditions carried by your own ancestral lineage understood the heart as the seat of truth and the animating force of a person.
Modern science is catching up. The heart has its own nervous system — approximately 40,000 neurons that process information, learn, remember, and make decisions independently of the brain. More signals travel from the heart to the brain than the other way around. Your heart generates an electromagnetic field sixty times stronger than your brain, extending several feet outside your body, responding to the future before your conscious mind does.
Your heart is not a pump. It is a hearth: the center of intelligence, direction, and the self.
When you tend this hearth - through breath, through voice, or through creative practice - something shifts in the body. The heart's electromagnetic field becomes coherent. Your nervous system syncs with it. And that coherence doesn't stay inside you. It spirals outward in a toroidal field, a donut-shaped signature of energy that extends several feet beyond your body and genuinely affects the people and spaces around you.
This is your biofield. This is what people feel when they walk into a room you're in. It was never about charisma or personality. It's physics.
The body as a channel
Picture a cross of fascia and interstitial tissue running through your body, from the soles of your feet to the tip of of your tongue, from the tips of your fingers through to the middle of your body. This network carries electrical information. Your heart sits at the center of that cross, the hearth fire at the intersection of the vertical and horizontal axes of your body.
Your lungs and diaphragm cradle your heart. Your breath feeds it. Your voice brings vibrational energy to your throat, the channel between your heart and the world. And your hands are extensions of your heart, carrying its intelligence into everything you make and touch. Creativity isn't a luxury or a personality trait, it's a physiological function of the heart's channel.
Your chart - your astrology and Human Design - is the map of how your particular channel is configured. The sky you were born under is a set of instructions for where your vision wants to aim, what your heart is oriented toward, and where your vitality lives and how it wants to be expressed
Internal alchemy is the process of bringing these things into alignment: your mythic self and your lived self, your vision and the body that carries it, your desire and it’s full expression. That's what the work is. That's what changes everything.
Personal mythology isn't abstract. It lives in your body. Your body is the map.
Three centers, one alignment
Your body has three centers of intelligence, three distinct ways of knowing that each carry their own wisdom and want to move together. When they're aligned, you stop performing and start creating. You stop shrinking and start taking up space. You stop proving and start being.
Your mind holds vision.
It pattern-matches, makes meaning, constructs narrative. When it's fed the right maps - your astrology, your Human Design, the mythic structures of your own life - it stops generating anxiety and starts generating direction.
Your heart holds values.
It knows what matters. It orients. It's the compass that doesn't lie, the center that knows which door to walk through before the mind has figured out why. Coherence breath practices and creative work tend this center - they tune it the way you'd tune an instrument.
Your sacrum holds vitality.
It's the seat of life force, of eros, of the will to move. Connected to the throat, it lights up through self-expression - through voice, through the body in motion, through the pleasure of making something real. A sacral that isn't expressed turns inward and becomes depletion. A sacral that finds its channel becomes the fuel for everything.
Vision, values, vitality. Mind, heart, sacrum.
These three are not separate - they are one system, and they want to move together.
What this all means for you
When we work together, something potent happens. It’s not just a reframe or a mindset shift, but an actual change in how you move through your life.
You stop second-guessing yourself because you've gone somewhere underneath the doubt, into your body's own knowing, and found something more reliable than your mind's constant loop.
You remember what you desire. The creative fire that hasn’t felt quite on lately, the thing you used to make before you were overcome with busy-ness, starts moving again.
You become more visible in a way that feels like you, not like a performance. You begin taking up the space that was always yours to occupy.
You start creating your own reality rather than inheriting someone else's story about who you are and what's possible for you.
