01 / Astrology is the Clock
Learn about the Planets, Signs, Houses, Aspects & Transits through an eco-somatic lens. A full astrological introduction (or review, for more experienced folks) that considers the earth and your body core components of the material.
02 / Human Design is the Map
Attune to the micro-seasons of the wheel of the year though the Human Design gates, based on the ancient I’Ching: the Book of Changes. Find resonance with each season within the energy centers of your body, and learn how to attune to your type, strategy, and authority to make somatic-based decisions.
03 / An Embodied Experience
Every module of the course will include practices to tap into your body’s inner wisdom and attune to the frequencies of the season we are in. This isn’t a course to sit on Zoom and take notes. Expect to move, to breathe, and to vocalize as we weave our way through the wheel of time together.
