Revolutionary breath is a practice that follows the turn of the seasons through your body. You breathe a seed into your belly like spring and let it bloom through your chest like summer. Then you let it fall down your spine like autumn and rest at the base of it like winter. Depending on the speed and depth of practice, this breathwork practice can be calming or invigorating. leading to emotional release and embodied clarity.
